Conditions of Use

Prices:
We charge in £Sterling. All prices include VAT where appropriate.
Due to fluctuations in rates and shipping costs we only price goods at the time of receipt by ourselves. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Payment/Order Processing:
We currently accept payments by Credit cards, PayPal, Cheque or by having an account with us. We will not process your order unless you provide valid means of payment. (Cheques will be submitted for payment to your Bank 5 working days before despatch. Unless purchased against an account held with Espresso Direct)


Shipping and Packing:
We cannot give a price for shipping as these prices will change depending on the weight or amount of your order. All parcels are insured by US and require a signature. Customers can request alternative delivery means at their own expense.


Delivery:
In stock items are despatched at the time of receipt of your properly completed order or within 72 Hours. Although most orders will be received by you within the next day, excluding weekends and bank holidays, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. (Please allow a further 5 working days if paying by cheque.) For special orders - non stock items listed at our suppliers - and stock items that are temporarily sold out, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, subject to availability.


Canceling Your Order:
Customers in the UK: you are able to cancel your order without giving a reason for up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods. We will charge a fee for the return/refusal of non-stock/special orders of 20% of our UK retail price. Any other goods that are returned in these circumstances will attract a £150.00 re-stocking fee irrespective of their value. Please refer to the section "Returning Goods" below for further details.


Returning Goods:
All goods to be returned must be notified to us within 7 working days of receipt by the customer. Other than faulty goods, any returned items must be in the same condition as received and unused/unopened. Other than faulty or incorrect goods (where we have sent the wrong item not where the customer has ordered the wrong item) the customer will be liable for the return postage and a re-stocking fee of £150.00, irrespective of the value of the goods. We will not be liable for any goods lost in transit. If we are paying for the return postage you must check with us first the method we want you to use. Please Note: We will not pay for excessive/unnecessary postage should you choose to ignore this instruction. The goods must be packed at least as good as we sent them to you. Damage to returned goods as a result of poor/inadequate packing will be reflected in the value of any refund/credit note or replacement model.
